Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored securely using Firebase Cloud Services with industry-standard encryption. We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

Health data is stored locally on your device and synced to the cloud for backup purposes. You can request deletion of your cloud data at any time through the App settings.

Notifications

With your permission, we send push notifications to remind you about:

• Workout reminders at your preferred time
• Meal logging reminders

You can manage or disable notifications at any time through your device settings or within the App.
